Downtown Dayton Coworking Space - Workspace by C&Co

This past year has certainly had its challenges. Like everyone, we have had to remain flexible and creative as we navigate operating a business during a pandemic. But it provided us with a unique opportunity to look closely at what we do and discover ways to adapt and get stronger.

With that in mind, we are so excited to announce our newest venture, Workspace by C&Co. We have morphed our photography studio into a beautiful, curated co-working space. The new co-working space offers quiet desks, co-working tables, standing desks, comfy seating, two conference rooms, a shared full kitchen, free office supplies, locally roasted coffee by Covenant Coffee, free wifi, and supplies from Reduce, Reuse, Refillery in Dayton. Seriously, we are stocked! If you are looking for a place to work that inspires creativity and innovation, we have you covered.

We are so excited to begin sharing our work environment with other local Dayton small businesses owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Be sure to stop by and see the new space and check out our website for information on  Workspace by C&Co.

Carrs Photography Gives Back: Project Jericho

Project Jericho - Dayton Photographer

Art is a superpower for change.

Dayton is full of people and businesses that are  invested in making our community great. There is a culture of giving back, paying forward, and helping your neighbor when you can. We are so proud of this community and are always looking for ways we can invest our time. A few years ago we connected with an amazing non-profit that uses art to promote life change for youth who are overcoming adversity and we knew we had found a great fit.

Based out of Clark State in Springfield, Ohio Project Jericho and RISE believes that art changes lives. They offer a variety of camps, modules, and workshops in both visual and performing arts. For more than 2o years, they have been teaching high priority or vulnerable youth how art can be used as an outlet to build self-esteem and express emotions.

From dance to watercolor, youth learn a new skill from professionals across Ohio. For the past few years, Michael has  been given the opportunity to teach the photography workshop. Watching these kids learn to look through the lens and see the world in a whole new way is astounding. This life of art has had such a huge impact on our lives, and to watch it inspire the next generation of creators is truly special. We are honored to be a small part of the work Project Jericho and RISE  are doing to transform lives and communities.
