Alberto and Anne’s Minneapolis engagement session was a great introduction to a fun and lively city! I had never been to Minneapolis before this engagement session and Alberto and Anne were such gracious hosts – showing me the highlights of the city, giving a short tour, and introducing me to amazing eats!
Having only met via Skype, this adorable duo invited me out for breakfast on the day of the engagement session. After stuffing our faces at The Copper Hen, the perfect start to any day, we scoped out the locations for our shoot and made a game plan. After splitting up for the afternoon, it was finally time to get started.
I showed up at Alberto and Anne’s apartment, and they came walking out looking like movie stars. Inspired by their recent European trip, the formal outfits and rustic environment were reminiscent of a Parisian alley. I loved the location, but it was lame in comparison to Anne’s glowing smile and Alberto’s GQ swagger.
Each location and outfit got better and better. The finale of this Minneapolis engagement session required a little bit of danger as I had to hang on the edge of a bridge. But the precarious position allowed me to snap a few of my favorite photos, so totally worth it!
Definitely unique, full of romance, and oozing with cuteness, this Minneapolis engagement session set the bar high for 2017. Enjoy!
